The Dennis Township spouter who complains about missing a "deadline" by a couple of days needs to buy a Funk & Wagnalls. Apparently they don't understand the meaning of the word. The best thing to do is not procrastinate but instead register your child the first day of signups. This way no one misses out and the people organizing the activity have enough time to find coaches, order equipment and uniforms and organize teams and make schedules. It really works best when everyone does their part.
