I often see negative spouts about Villas and wonder if we live in the same town. I live on the west side near the bay. Quiet street of mostly-newer homes. Great neighbors. Rarely see police. Great beach. Lower taxes, insurance, water and sewer rates than the island communities. It's not paradise, but life is good. If your area is not so great, what are you doing, besides writing negative spouts, to make it better?
