Parents, take control of your kids! No pre-teen and young teens should be hanging out at convenience stores after 9 p.m. let alone midnight! You obviously don't know what your kids are up too. Be responsible! Police have enough to do than chase kids, and in my opinion should be bringing your kids to the police station where you should have to pick them up.
