Government-controlled minimum wages are like a boot pressing down on the neck of small businesses. They become limited to the number of possessions offered, plus anyone lucky enough to get hired will be expected to perform an unusual amount of work. This will only stifle opportunity for our up-and-coming workforce and undoubtedly corrupt the much-needed experience for a good work ethic.
