I stopped at borough offices recently. A man there made me feel as if I was a bother. He treated me like I was a fool and questioned why I wanted that information before giving it to me. I didn't know I had to pass a quiz to get pubic information! He then handed me the information he had received from a lady in the office. He gave me a silly grin and walked away. That's what I get for outrageous taxes!
