Spring has sprung again and to most it is a lovely, welcoming sight. To Marina Bay Towers residents it means no work will be done to improve the building because the manager and maintenance will again be out working on the docks, fixing boats and selling marine supplies. At least it will be warm so for all of us who can't get out apartments above 60 degrees in the winter will be warm. Any repairs to be done? Call Governor Christie, he is missing in action too.
