Here we go again, another bright idea put into motion by someone in the Crest that was not thought out or planned. The town just planted dune grass parallel to and up against the promenade. Now it's dune grass people, this will create new dunes when the wind blows sand off the beach and existing dunes onto this new area. We will again have dunes encroaching onto the promenade. Not sure which elected official rides around in their car or bike and thinks these projects up but it's obvious there's not a lot of thought going into this kind of activity.
