As a motorcyclist, I'm wondering who would be responsible for removing debris, sand, and pebbles from the road surface of Stone Harbor Blvd. from the bridge all the way to Rte 9. Especially at the intersections and ramps near the auto dealers and the GSP. The conditions are dangerous for two-wheelers and pedestrians.
