We had MT zoning send a violation for two no-trespassing signs on the side of my home. This officer does not read his ordinances because it does not address the sides or back of the property. The ordinance reads one sign every 200 feet of lot frontage which according to a real estate lawyer lot frontage is the front of the property from corner to corner. This office has continued to use this same ordinance for the past three years and l do not have one sign on my lot frontage. This office must not have much to do, l know when we needed them to enforce something, backs were turned.
