I wonder if the same Stone Harbor spouter who has been campaigning for methadone clinics and needle exchanges on Seven Mile Island is now the one calling for legalized (recreational) marijuana in NJ. If so, he/she should look at the obvious slippery slope. Any form of intoxication is dangerous. Whether it be alcohol, or marijuana or heroin. There are certain historic and cultural links that proved banning alcohol a failure. However, overall banning marijuana has not caused the same disruption.
