New Jersey needs legalized marijuana. This state needs money and business. If New Jersey were the first East Coast state with 100 percent legalized marijuana, it would attract business and make billions of dollars. The ridiculously high heroin use rates in this state would drop. If you disagree, you are only seeing the topic through a lens jaded by decades of dishonest propaganda. Marijuana would save the Garden State.
