I find many of the Spout Off topics misplaced. Would we all not get farther in life if we went right to the source of the problem and spoke with the person, the politician, police captain, priest, or other leader about the problem we see rather than putting it in writing? So often problems seem so obvious to us and to the other they may not even realize that it is a problem unless someone points it out to them. Or on the other hand we may see something as a problem and not see the whole picture since it is not ours to see yet we seem to have all the answers. Try going to the source.
