Property owners' recycling and regular trash storage needs to be looked at by the township. Open top cans drastically add to litter and contributes to the unsightly conditions in the township. Additionally, very little if anything is done about items placed in front of houses that are not picked up during regular trash collection. Example: A home on E. Bates has had a television curbside for 3+ months and shortly will be overgrown with weeds as warm weather quickly approaches.
