Do these spouters routinely urging boycott of the PARCC tests understand that a district may lose vital state funding if it falls below the allowable number of students not taking these tests, thereby possibly imposing an additional burden on us, struggling taxpayers? It's mind boggling how a few disgruntled parents can interfere with a testing designed to see how the schools are achieving their instructional objectives.
