Agreed, lack of action by Lower Township Code Enforcement is an issue. I guess they just don't understand the concept of property values/taxes. If they were more proactive and improved the appearance of the community, property values would rise. This comes with a positive and negative. Higher property values means higher rents and scumbags will start to leave. Higher property values means increase in taxes, but the ability to increase your staff and patronage due to increased revenue.
