Kudos to Upper Twp. for banning invasive species such as bamboo. If you plant it, prepare to be fined, especially when it overruns your neighbors' properties. The word needs to get out as to how problematic this plant is. Its shoots harm the feet of wildlife, and we have no pandas here to consume it, so please destroy it!
