Over the past year to 18 months there have been numerous comments about LT code enforcement. There needs to be more accountability in this department in terms of key performance indicators by providing data and reports on their actions. This should include actions initiated by the department versus resident, number of days until resolution and closure, fine amounts, judicial actions taken, location, and incident summary. It will demonstrate if the department is addressing and positively impacting the quality of life in all areas of the township equally.
