I don't mind paying a bit extra for gourmet specialty items. But what I do mind is being told that the items will last three to four months after opening only to have them turn rancid in eight weeks. Then to find that the store is closed that I purchased them from is very frustrating. I won't be doing business with stores that sell food items anymore unless they're open year-round.
