Water customers of Lower Township are getting shafted; i.e., MUA has a surplus and is giving it to the township to help lower taxes at the expense of those of us footing the bill, when we should be the ones getting lower water bills. In essence, we are helping to foot the tax bill for many of those in the township who are not on the township water system. Keep this in mind during the next election when you can do something about this gross injustice.
