It is alarming to fathom the amount of money being spent in the Democratic and Republican primaries, and then onward to the general election. Why are offices being bought? Is this democracy? Is this type of election behavior that eliminates ordinary citizens from their government, that we call the great U.S. of A.? There are no strings attached for ordinary citizens to fight the wars of the rich families and puppeteers, but are excluded from participating in the democratic process. A billionaire with the money that Trump has may not be enough to sustain a general election.
