Why would $6 million taxpayer dollars be spent on five goats from Italy to be sent to Afghanistan for Casmir industry as reported by C-SPAN of Congressman Walter Jones? Then he, Jones, reports that the Pentagon had no idea if the goats were eaten or were still alive. Yes, I would say that someone is lying and stealing at the Pentagon. A spout off is correct in saying that helping veterans would have been a better expenditure of our tax money. Obama needs to get off of his unicorn and get on these goats. This (goats) expense smells to high Heaven.
