This will now be all about back-door dealing and good-old-boy lawyers circumventing existing land use laws. South Dennis residents can expect nothing from their local officials and township committee to protect and preserve their residential property values and their rights to peaceful enjoyment of their homes and property. Just look at the Rt. 83 motocross track and gun range as examples of the ineptitude of DT officials to enforce zoning like in all other municipalities.
