People who vote should have at least some grasp of issues and how our political system works, with a short and fairly administered worksheet to complete. Just watching exit polls of voters who, when asked why they voted for a particular candidate, could give no plausible, defensible reason. Are just looks, personality or crude talk sufficient reasons to vote for anyone?
