I agree with a spouter that Fr. Wallace's "mercy mission" could have been better spent reaching out to our local kids who can't afford our Catholic schools, or maybe the kids in Flint, Mich. I saw his article in the Catholic Herald explaining his trip with his friends (who won't like this spout) and question why he didn't tell the story to us, parishioners. Shouldn't the parish come first?
