Our civil service system truly is the furthest thing from "civil." No matter how many times I take the law enforcement exam, and score well, I get no where. I've taken this test four times over the years. Maybe if dad was in the system, but I'll just sip this tea over here. Kinship isn't everything, there are hard-working people out there who deserve a fair chance who are beat out by silver spoon eaters.
