How is FAR (floor-to-area) ratio still being debated? The residents of SIC have spoken, yet City Council wants to procrastinate. It's easy to see who runs the town. The master plan survey was merely a guise under the false pretense that council and our mayor actually care about citizen input. Those in SIC government positions calling the shots already know what they want. Anything that "we the people" desire, or any measure that helps preserve SIC's character and allure, but doesn't benefit the builders, demolition businesses, or bar owners will sadly never come to pass.
