They have been working construction on New Jersey Avenue between Green's Liquor and Wawa for more than four months. It is only six blocks. Besides inconveniencing the citizens, it is hurting Green's Liquor and Wawa business. Most days they are not even working on it. If you cannot manage it, announce it and put it out for bid with incentives to finish early.
