Big Pharma, and particularly the Sackler family behind Purdue Pharmaceuticals (the manufacturers of OxyContin who marketed it as a non-addictive alternative to morphine), deliberately manufactured the heroin epidemic. The reason? They can't patent a cannabis seed that can be grown at home. The result? They just made the Forbes Billionaire's List. No one has ever died from cannabis toxicity.
