I agree with the North Cape May spouter and the comment on some properties looking like junk yards. If you go to the tax record website for Lower, you can find out who owns the property and file a complaint with the owner and code enforcement. Typically, these properties are rentals. Some people who rent have no sense of pride or caring about where they live. Case in point, the rental property at Town Bank and Gorham Ave. A real eyesore!
