The small path leading to the beach at the end of my street is lined with hundreds of bur plants. The burs stick in the kids' feet, the dogs' feet, and on the bottom of your shoes. They get tracked into your house and then back onto everyone's feet again. I would be happy to see the township widen the path and put a gravel base down. Bring it on. Maybe while they're at it, they can remove the tons of dried reeds that line the beach as far as you can see.
