To the person on Cape May Ave.: I have been walking my dog on the open public space between the roadways on Cape May Ave. since I rescued him. I am a full-time resident of Cape May and I asked the mayor about the signs. He said that he was unaware of the restriction and that an ordinance should be cited on the sign. The only people who seem to enjoy the space are other dog owners.
