Maybe we ought to include spout experts in all areas. A mechanic will agree that cars made in the last 20 years need no warming up with fuel injection. I feel for the Rio Grande spouter with loud cars around. Some cars I am told are made to be loud, but give us a break and don't idle for a half hour and then gun it to the stop sign.
