I called animal control about an animal outside recently and was told that there is nothing they could do about animals outside. I went online and found this ordinance: "No animal shall be subjected to extreme weather temperatures above 85° F or below 40° F and depending on the species, age, condition, size and type of each animal, weather warnings and watches, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and blizzards." What is wrong with animal control? They enacted an ordinance and we are getting a whole different story when we call them. Does another dog need to die to enforce it?
