I see a proliferation of spouts that seem to confuse socialism with social programs. Social programs have nothing to do with government ownership of business and industry. Social programs have been instituted by liberal and conservative governments and represent the social conscience of the populace. Tearing down our financial institutions and free enterprise system is not the same thing. Too many people just don't understand the difference. There are lots of great books available in libraries that will help folks understand the difference. I would avoid Internet "junk" information.
