I read the Herald all the time. I have been a full-time resident for three years. I have been reading bad things all around. I am so sad. Such disrespect. I lived very hard times in Pennsylvania. If you think life is bad, go to Center City, Philadelphia. Recently had a break-in to my house. The police and detective went above and beyond to make me feel OK. They got the bad guy.
