South Dennis Arc responded to citizen concerns in a Feb. 10 Herald article. Building restoration funds, cesspool, and an underground oil tank were refuted as legitimate concerns. While neighbors support the core mission of the ARC, what was not discussed was legal land usage of this property to host weddings and other such affairs. Dennis officials do not uniformly enforce its existing zoning ordinance and master plan, and DT has no noise ordinance to protect residential properties.
