I can’t believe former mayor of West Wildwood, Herbert Fox, can write a letter patting himself on the back regarding the recent storm that created heavy flooding in West Wildwood. If he was aware of any factors that may have caused the weakening or destruction of the bulkhead that failed, why remain silent for 14 years?
