America will be better off now that Supreme Court Justice Scalia died. He was responsible for appointing George W. Bush as president. He almost certainly would have made an anti-union ruling on mandatory union dues that would have weakened unions at a time when they need to be stronger. So his death couldn't have happened at a better time. He was a tragic legacy of the dark Reagan era. He was wrong on every issue.
