Supreme Court is again in the forefront with the death of Justice Scalia. The "right" is arguing that the new appointment shouldn't be made until after the election, the "left" says we want the appointment immediately. Justice Scalia had a 30 year tenure. That would be almost eight four-year terms for a president. Would it be beneficial to have term limits to 12 to 16 years? Maybe age limitations should be imposed. Should the Supreme Court justice be elected? Many would say too much power. Watching the Supreme Court pictures, it looks like they are sleeping in place. Do we need change?
