Why is it OK for people to roll through stop signs and cut drivers off like they are in a huge hurry, but then go less than 20 mph? These are the drivers who are so worried about road rage, but ironically they are creating the situation. Here's a tip: Make a complete stop at stop signs, look both ways, wait until the road is clear to pull out, and last but certainly not least, do the speed limit!
