Bring your pets in and put water out for the birds. A warm dog house is not enough in these temperatures. Bring your dogs inside to a comfortable location until the bitter cold breaks. Little, sick, young, old or pregnant dogs should not be out for more than 10 minutes. Call the police, if you believe a dog is in danger outside. You can ask that your call is anonymous.
