Vote "no" on Middle Township bond referendums March 8. Why? Because the township cut a deal with the low-income housing developers to allow them a "payment in lieu of taxes." If the owners of those developments were paying property taxes, the school would be getting increased revenue now and in the future. Town Council's bargain causes me to vote "no."
