I can't believe that the real estate people and builders in this town stated at the last Council meeting that they didn't have an opportunity to voice their opinion about FAR (Floor to Area Ratio). Where have they been for the last five months? A survey went out asking for comments, there were multiple public meetings, and it was brought up at almost every Council meeting for the last two months.
