With due respect to township employees, Hatch Mott McDonald, the manager and council are creating projects that are beyond the scope of the employees' expertise and time. Expectations that MUA will successfully cut through dunes, install split rail fences and gravel base and maintain it storm after storm, year after year is a failure from the start. W. Wildwood could not do it either. Council's job is to set this town up for success. Council, you're failing.
