To the Crest spouter complaining about the rundown properties: Call code enforcement. I did, about a house on my block, and the inspector came right out. It took a little while to get the yard cleaned up but it did get done. The code man was nice to me and didn't use my name. Things won't get fixed if you don't do something like call the right office.
