I have always loved browsing the little shops on the Washington Street Mall in Cape May. However, several weeks ago, I was treated so poorly by an employee at one of the shops, that I am still shaking my head. I should have reported this woman’s behavior to the store manager, but I was so upset all I wanted to do was leave the store. Also, I did not want to cost anyone their job. But employers, keep a heads-up to make sure your employees represent you well and don’t chase customers away with their rude behavior. Let’s keep Cape May classy.
