Some people seem to think Pacific Ave. in Wildwood Crest is fine the way it is, just pave it and put yellow lines on it. That's really going to look great, like a four-lane highway as a main street in a small town. Appearance has a lot to do with value, curb appeal sells, who wants to look at a four-lane blacktop?
