Does council know that the NJ Appellate Court has ruled that DEP overstepped its authority in requiring municipalities to provide enhanced public access? The Public Access Doctrine only requires that the same access be provided to non-residents as is provided to residents. Why are we spending all of this time and money to try to control the shorelines? People, come to the shore, enjoy, be mindful. Council, you cannot improve nature, it's powerful and perfect.
