A Lower Twp. spouter obviously has no sense of reality when he/she rants and raves against tourism and beach replenishment. He states there would be fewer people on the peninsula with just sea shell parking lots for tourist beach goers. Our 96,000 population is barely sustained by tourism now. What sort of wasteland would be left? People who desire living in empty wilderness like that should consider moving to Idaho or Wyoming. He can't turn the clock back, and I, for one, am not leaving to suit his fantasy. Time marched on and we must cultivate our reality, not the distant past.
