Why does Avalon, a town with a year-round population of 1,334 people, have a business administrator and assistant business administrator? Is there a lack of competence and/or qualification in the business administrator? Where are the mayor and borough council as massive, disgraceful utility poles go up around our homes and properties? Where are they when people violate building codes resulting in lawsuits? As a long-time resident, I'm beginning to think it might be time for some leadership change.
